Noel Belulok, an artist with more than 26 years experience, has made a mark in Miri. Originally from Kuala Tutoh in Baram, his medium of choice is batik painting. His inspiration comes from the serene and beautiful natural environment of Baram. As a heavily showcased and exhibited artist around Sarawak and the region, some of his key exhibits include Asian Artist Art Connect exhibition (Balai Seni Lukit Sabah, 2019) and Borneo Scottish Game Batik Exhibit (Brunei Darussalam, 2012).
