Salomon Gau is a celebrated traditional Kenyah dancer and musician who has been honing his craft for close to 20 years. Salomon is from the Kenyah community of Long Ikang, Baram.

Lian Balan is a Kenyah elder who is a Sape’ player and oral tradition practitioner. He had first learnt to play the Sape’ about 65 years ago, at the tender age of 10. Lian is from the Kenyah community of Long Moh, Baram.

Both cultural practitioners inherited their knowledge from their ancestors of the Lepo Tau Kenyah.
